With a career spanning over 20 years, Paulius has represented both Lithuanian and foreign companies in over 200 civil cases in Lithuania and other major litigation hubs demonstrating his expertise and commitment to achieving optimal outcomes for his clients.
As a recognized arbitrator, Paulius Docka is frequently nominated to preside over complex domestic and international arbitration cases. Paulius has experience in more than 50 arbitration cases as counsel and arbitrator under ICC, SCC, VCCA rules and ad hoc arbitrations.

Vitalija Tamavičiūtė is recognized for her extensive expertise in railway transport regulation and practice, complemented by a strong specialization in aviation law. With over a decade of experience at Lithuanian Railways, the national state-owned railway company, she has played a pivotal role in leading complex dispute and transaction related to railway services and infrastructure design and construction.
Vitalija has a proven track record of handling major court and arbitration disputes in the field of transport. She adeptly navigates the intricate landscape of Lithuanian and EU competition law, having participated in expert negotiations with both authorities in cases of alleged abuse of dominance.
In addition to her practical experience, Vitalija holds a PhD in Law and is an active academic. For over a decade, she has lectured at Mykolas Romeris University, focusing on EU institutional and substantive law. Vitalija is committed to knowledge sharing within the legal community. She offers specialized courses for fellow lawyers, including judges, on litigation in the EU.
